For setup new manager GL Approval Limit Need to follow below guidelines,

Navigation: General Ledger Responsibility > GL Setup > Employees > Limits

Ledger: XX  LLC Ledger

Currency: USD

Employee: Tan, Gek Sim Cecilia (Cecilia)

Authorization Limit: 99,999,999,999.00
